If you lead a training group, or want to start one, you can list it as a club on OCR Guide with the free account. This page covers what you need and how club roles work.

What you need to set it up

To create a new club listing, you need a name, the location where you train, a logo and a short description of the club. If you have fixed training times, you can add these too, which helps prospective members decide whether it fits their schedule.

Roles within a club

Whoever creates the club automatically becomes club admin and can manage the description, training times, logo and members. Members can join the club and show which team they belong to on their own profile. A club can have several admins, for example when multiple people jointly organise the training group.

Inviting members

Existing members of your training group can be added to the club profile through an invitation. That way, the club listing grows with the actual group, without everyone needing to apply individually.

What you can update later

The description, training times and logo can be updated in the club profile at any time, for example when the training location changes or a new season begins. Roles can also change if a club admin hands responsibility to another member.

Every newly created club is checked by our editorial team before publication. If you do not yet have an account, start under create an account; if you are still looking for training partners, browse the clubs directory.
