Training for obstacle course racing and HYROX is often more fun, and brings faster progress, as part of a group rather than alone: training with others means fixed sessions, motivating training partners, and usually more exchange on technique and courses. The OCR Guide club directory brings together teams and training groups from the region in one place.

Why train as a team

Training together helps most with obstacles that are hard to practise alone, such as rope climbs or wall obstacles, where experienced members can show technique. Fixed training times in a group also create a commitment that solo training often lacks. For HYROX athletes, stations such as the sled push or wall balls can be simulated more realistically when working in rotation with others.

Finding a club

You can browse the directory by location and focus; each club listing shows a description and, where available, training times. This makes it easier to judge whether a club fits your level and schedule.

Creating a club

If you already lead a training group, or want to start one, you can set up your own club with the free account. Details on the information needed and the roles of club admin and members are covered under create a club. Every new club is checked by our editorial team before publication.
