Submit a race

One form, a few details, a free listing in the race calendar: how to submit your event.

Updated: September 27, 2026

Your event is checked by our editors and then published in the calendar.

e.g. 5 km, 12 km, Kids

Submitting an event only takes a few minutes. This page covers the details we need and what happens after you submit.

What we need

For a complete listing, we need the event name, date and location, the distance or format, and a link to the official event page. Additional details, such as a short description of the course, help runners decide whether it is right for them. For series with several dates a year, it is best to submit each date separately.

The review process

After submission, our editorial team checks the entry against the official organiser page before it appears in the race calendar. This keeps date and location details accurate and avoids duplicate listings. If a date is not yet officially confirmed and is inferred from the previous year, we mark it as provisional.

Corrections

If anything changes for an already listed event, such as a date shift or a new course layout, submit the correction through the same form. Corrections are also checked before they go live.

Why the check takes time

Checking against the official organiser page takes a little longer depending on volume, but happens before every publication, so incorrect dates never make it into the calendar in the first place. For series with several dates, it helps if you mention the connection between entries in your message.
